• inspection of Contractor’s permit documentation including: welding procedure specification and welding work plan;
• participation in welder qualification joint welding on behalf of the Project Owner;
• audit of following welding work technical discipline. photographic evidence of revealed violations, reporting of the Project Owner about correction measures;
• step-by-step inspection of assembly and welding works;
• random visual inspection of welded joints;
• audit of Contractor’s non-destructive laboratory;
• monitoring of working documentation of construction and installation and welding works;
• fulfillment of additional optional non-destructive inspection off the Project scope (if necessary);
• development and agreement of technical solutions and directions for welding works;
• inspection, agreement of as-built documentation of the fulfilled welding works for following the Standard Process Documentation and Design requirements;
• participation in the task force team, collection and analysis of statistics of welding and inspection.
