Laboratory is certified for Inspection of the Following Objects:

Objects of Pressure Vessel Control 1.1:

1.1.1        Steam and water-heating boilers;

1.1.2        Electric boilers;

1.1.3        Vessels under pressure over 0.07 MPa;

1.1.4        Steam and hot water pipelines with operating pressure over 0.07 MPa and temperature over 115°С;

1.1.5        Vacuum chambers.

The Following Non-Destructive Testing is Applied in the Laboratory:

1. Visual inspection;
2. Dye penetration inspection;
3. Ultrasonic inspection;
4. Using of magnetic flux with special powders, suspensions for visualization of inspection;
5. X-Ray inspection.

Non-Destructive Laboratory Service Cost

Price setting of non-destructive laboratory is a multiple-factor calculation, considering:

1. Scale of the construction (amount of objects and sites, square of construction, length of linear structures etc.).
2. Intensity of construction works (necessity of work arrangement in one or several shifts, work on weekends and holidays etc.).
3. Distance from city/town, need for temporary structure arrangement for specialists’ work at the site or out of it.
4. Climate, geographic, social features of the region.
