LLC “GKS” Company was established in February 2015 and within this short period the company already implemented two large (more than 1 billion rubles each) projects in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Main area of Company’s activity is creation of quality control organization at new construction or rebuild of large industrial objects, representation of Customer’s interests and environmental and labor safety care based on standard technical documentation.
From project analysis to commissioning GKS employees perform control of project solution implementation by contractors, take an active part in technical solution development in case of irregular situations unaccounted by design engineers.

Developed system of interaction between Quality Control Department (QC) by our Company and Customer and Contractor allows find deviations and violations of project requirements on a timely basis, which further will substantially save funds during planned outages.
“GKS” LLC Managing Director Jiri Drozd.This is a person with a unique experience in projects in many countries; the most significant ones were construction of artificial islands in UAE, GAZCo construction of the largest gas plant in the Middle East, ADNOC construction and rebuild of oil plant, also managing the QC Department within “Big Bratsk” project in Bratsk, Irkutsk region.
It was his idea to establish a Company able to carry out an independent quality control at industrial object construction, adapt technical solutions of foreign design engineers for Russian standards, organize data on contractors involved to a project, check personnel skills and identify their equipment level both in technical and legal part.
“GKS” Company applies tough requirements to the level of knowledge and qualification of employees. Company employee should have an industry-specific high education as well as skills in design engineering and non-destructive testing. Also he/she should understand process operation principles, be able to assess the most hazardous works, know what measures should be taken to fulfill these works in a most effective and quality manner.
